Duties
• Coordinate warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, stocking, dispatching and freight transportation.
• Support purchasing, procurement, sourcing, supplier and vendor management, pricing, negotiation, contracts and category management.
• Maintain inventory management systems and warehouse management systems; use enterprise resource planning (ERP) and materials requirements planning (MRP) tools to support demand and production planning.
• Collect and analyze supply chain data using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, Excel, SQL and Tableau; apply root cause analysis and process improvement to resolve issues.
• Coordinate transportation planning, logistics management, third-party logistics (3PL) providers and non-vessel-operating common carriers (NVOCCs); follow trade compliance and international trade regulations.
Experience
• Experience in warehouse operations, warehouse management, materials handling, inventory management, shipping logistics or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems, ERP systems, AS400, e-commerce, supply chain analytics and profit-and-loss (P&L) considerations.
• Strong data analysis, analysis, cross-functional communication, customer service and supplier management skills.
• Ability to perform manual handling; forklift experience and mechanical knowledge are helpful.
Pay: $4,900.82 - $5,216.38 per month
