Logistics Shipping Coordinator

Love solving problems, staying organized, and making sure everything gets where it needs to go? We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can keep shipments, schedules, and communication running smoothly in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll be the connection between the warehouse, drivers, customers, and internal teams —making sure everyone has the right information and shipments stay on track. Shift : Sunday-Thursday (Sun-Mon 4pm-1am & Tues-Thurs 5pm-2am) Location : Irving, Tx 75061 Pay Rate : $20p/h (Interview Based) Duties Coordinate daily shipments, deliveries, pickups, and transportation schedules Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and warehouse teams Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status Prepare and review shipping documents, orders, and paperwork Schedule appointments and coordinate incoming and outgoing freight Monitor shipments and quickly address delays, missing information, or other issues Enter and update shipment information accurately in company systems Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to keep freight moving Help solve last-minute logistics challenges and keep things on schedule Provide excellent customer service and professional communication Experience Previous logistics, transportation, shipping, or warehouse office experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Basic computer skills; experience with Excel, Outlook, or logistics software is a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm when plans change Someone who takes initiative and enjoys finding solutions instead of waiting for problems to solve themselves Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Join us to be part of a forward-thinking organization dedicated to optimizing supply chain excellence!
