About the Position The Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in executing daily truckload freight operations and managing customer relationships. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems in real time, building strong partnerships, and managing our customer’s shipping from pickup to delivery. What ATS Offers Competitive salary Opportunity to earn additional commission & performance bonuses Work/life balance: Monday through Friday Full benefits package: Health, dental, vision 401K with company match & profit sharing Paid time off Ongoing training & professional development Organized systems & advanced technology Team events, volunteer opportunities, and a work hard/play hard culture Your Role: Logistics Operations Coordinator Manage daily truckload operations from quote to delivery Sell, quote, track, and coordinate shipments Communicate clearly and proactively with customers, carriers, and shippers Negotiate rates and close freight opportunities Solve problems quickly when challenges arise Build and maintain long term customer relationships Offer strategic supply chain solutions to grow accounts Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to deliver exceptional service What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, operations, and account management Strong communication and phone skills Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure Detail oriented and customer service mindset Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, account management, or operations is a plus — but mindset, work ethic, and coachability matter most.
