We are looking for an energetic Logistics Operations Specialist with a solution-oriented mindset. Job Description: We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced — you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading materials, staging upcoming jobs, and operating company vehicles to deliver and pick up goods as well as assist with inventory management. The right person will work safely, communicate well with the team, and bring a positive, solution-focused attitude to the job. Key Responsibilities: Safely drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up materials Load and unload products by hand or with equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transport Assist with inventory management by counting, recording, and tracking materials to maintain accurate stock levels Identify opportunities to improve workflow, safety, and efficiency, and share ideas with the team Work with an open mindset, willing to adapt and contribute to new processes or changes Keep warehouse and loading areas organized and free from hazards Assist with organizing and staging materials in the warehouse Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and staged materials Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations Skills and Requirements: Valid driver’s license Safe driving record with ability to operate company vehicles Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other loading equipment (or willingness to learn) Good time management and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team Good communication skills for working with team members and management.
