Reliable HealthCare Logistics, LLCPosition Summary The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned distribution facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. This role provides leadership to warehouse personnel by establishing clear expectations, developing employees, driving operational performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. The Logistics Manager also serves as the facility's Designated Representative, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations governing the storage and distribution of prescription drugs and medical devices. Essential Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and supervisors. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations. Address performance concerns through timely coaching and corrective action. Ensure work is effectively delegated and operational goals are achieved regardless of manager presence. Warehouse Operations Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including: Receiving and put-away Inventory control Order picking and packing Shipping and transportation coordination Returns processing Kitting and assembly Value-added services Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Designated Representative Responsibilities Provide oversight of warehouse operations involving prescription drug products. Ensure compliance with applicable FDA, DSCSA, state Board of Pharmacy, and company requirements. Maintain required records related to the storage, handling, and distribution of prescription drugs. Coordinate inspections and respond to regulatory inquiries. Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and provide compliance training to warehouse staff. Inventory Management Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, investigations, and root cause analysis. Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately processed within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Identify and implement corrective actions to reduce inventory discrepancies. Customer Service & Client Support Serve as the operational leader supporting customer accounts. Partner with Client Services to resolve issues, investigate discrepancies, support customer-specific requirements, execute special projects, and participate in audits and client visits. Maintain a customer-focused approach while balancing operational efficiency. Quality, Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, GDP/GMP standards, FDA regulations, OSHA requirements, and customer-specific work instructions. Maintain audit readiness and ensure deviations are investigated and resolved through appropriate corrective actions. Promote a culture of workplace safety through inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, and employee training. Operational Excellence Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and customer service performance. Identify process improvement opportunities, implement standard work practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Communication & Documentation Maintain regular communication with the Director of Operations, Client Services, QA, and other cross-functional teams. Proactively escalate operational issues and provide timely updates. Ensure all operational documentation, including inventory records, shipping documents, training records, and incident reports, is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
