Logistics & Inventory Coordinator Green Attic Insulation & Roofing Location: Schiller Park, IL (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Based on experience About Green Attic Green Attic is a growing Chicagoland construction and home-services company specializing in insulation, roofing, solar, and residential construction. We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to manage materials, equipment tracking, and daily logistics for our field operations. Key Responsibilities Track construction materials, tools, equipment, and warehouse inventory. Monitor stock levels, material usage, and inventory discrepancies. Coordinate material orders, vendor deliveries, and jobsite logistics. Review upcoming job schedules and prepare material requirements. Ensure crews have the necessary materials and equipment before departure. Track equipment assignments, returns, maintenance, and damages. Maintain accurate inventory records and daily reports. Coordinate with warehouse staff, production managers, and field crews. Identify shortages, prevent delays, and improve inventory processes. Requirements Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory management or field-service software preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
