Logistics Import/Export Agent
Uniglobe, Inc.Uniglobe, Inc. is an established freight forwarding company that provides logistics solutions to an international clientele. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to join our team. Experience in freight forwarding and air import/export logistics is strongly preferred. We also prefer applicants who can communicate in Mandarin Chinese as we work with many overseas clients. Responsibilities Accurately execute and oversee the freight logistics process, including booking, arranging, and tracking shipments Monitor and respond to emails, messages, and other communications in a timely and professional manner Provide customer support to direct clients and agents Issue invoices and prepare the necessary documentation for air and ocean import/export operations Experience A minimum of 1-2 years of experience with freight forwarding operations is preferred Qualifications & Skills: Solid organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Strong interpersonal communication skills Drive to learn new skills and develop professionally Ability to multitask successfully and adapt to changes quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Language competency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus If interested, please provide us with your resume and contact information.
