Logistics Coordinator
Hudson Lab Automation, Inc.Position Summary The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization to support manufacturing, service, and customer fulfillment operations. This role serves as a key link between Production, Procurement, Quality, Inventory, and Service to ensure materials and finished goods are received, stored, tracked, and shipped accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where priorities may shift based on customer demand and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Shipping, Receiving & Fulfillment Coordinate domestic and international shipments of instruments, consumables, spare parts, and service-related materials. Prepare shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, export paperwork, and carrier documentation. Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and logistics providers. Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues to internal stakeholders. Ensure products are packaged and labeled according to company and customer requirements. Support on-time shipment execution for customer orders and revenue commitments. Receive incoming materials, components, and finished goods. Warehouse Operations Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Act as a key member of the site safety committee. Support warehouse layout improvements and inventory location management. Assist with storage planning for incoming inventory and growing product lines. Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, and stored. Timely ordering and replenishment of materials to support shipping and consumables. Coordinate movement of materials between warehouse, production, quality, and service functions. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations and logistics processes. Help develop and document standard operating procedures for logistics activities. Qualifications Required High school or associate degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field. 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, and warehouse operations. Experience with domestic and international shipping. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted and move materials consistent with warehouse operations requirements. Preferred Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or service organizations. Proficiency with ERP or shipping management systems. Experience with continuous improvement initiatives. What We Offer Competitive compensation that includes bonus eligibility.
