Logistics Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support inbound imports, order tracking, and distribution operations. This role will work closely with vendors, freight partners, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound shipments and track orders from factory to warehouse Communicate with overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers Monitor shipment status, ETAs, and inventory flow Manage import/export documentation Resolve shipping issues and discrepancies Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and vendor requirements Qualifications: 4+ years of logistics, import/export, or supply chain experience Experience with international shipping and customs documentation Knowledge of EDI, ERP, or ASN systems Strong Excel, communication, and organizational skills Apparel, retail, wholesale, or consumer products experience preferred Hybrid opportunity | Competitive compensation & benefits If you're a detail-oriented logistics professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to connect.
