Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in London, ON or Mississauga, ON. This position is responsible for planning and scheduling shipments, coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and customers, and ensuring that deliveries are completed accurately and on time. Day-to-day tasks include updating order and shipment records, resolving delivery issues, and preparing reports related to logistics activities. The Logistics Coordinator will also communicate with internal teams and external partners to provide shipment status updates, manage documentation, and support compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role requires consistent use of logistics software and tools, proactive problem-solving, and a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency. Qualifications Candidates should read, write and speak Mandarin as well as English. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams, carriers, and customers in a clear and professional manner. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners. Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills to understand end-to-end logistics processes and coordinate activities across the supply chain. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in transportation, warehousing, and logistics coordination is an asset.
