Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview Lincoln Glass Company Inc. is seeking an organized and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to support residential and commercial glass installation projects. You’ll coordinate schedules, materials, documentation, deliveries, and communication between customers, installers, vendors, and project teams to keep operations efficient and projects on schedule. What You’ll Do Coordinate project logistics from order through completion. Schedule installation crews, deliveries, and project milestones. Communicate with customers regarding timelines, installations, and updates. Prepare estimates, work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and project records. Coordinate glass, framing, hardware, mirrors, and other materials. Monitor inventory and ensure materials are available when needed. Work with vendors, subcontractors, installers, and project managers to resolve issues. Track project status and maintain accurate records. Support service requests, warranty documentation, and customer follow-up. Help maintain company safety, quality, and compliance standards. What We’re Looking For Experience in logistics, construction, glazing, project coordination, customer service, or operations preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Experience with project management, CRM, ERP, or scheduling software is a plus. Construction or glazing industry experience is preferred but not required.
