The ideal candidate will help coordinate shipments, manage logistics activities, and ensure the efficient movement of products and materials throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules. Communicate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery records, and logistics reports. Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or transportation issues. Monitor inventory movements and support warehouse coordination. Assist with freight scheduling, cost tracking, and logistics planning. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable shipping and transportation requirements. Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs. Qualifications & Skills Experience in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with shipping documentation, freight coordination, and inventory systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
