LFH BrandsLogistics Coordinator – LFH Brands Location: New York, NY | On-site Employment: Full-time, permanent ABOUT THE ROLE LFH Brands, a wholesale footwear and accessories company, is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage customer orders and shipments from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES • Process customer orders, allocate inventory, and coordinate warehouse releases using our ERP and warehouse management system (WMS). • Track inbound containers and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams. • Manage retailer routing requirements, shipping windows, and delivery appointments to ensure timely shipment and delivery. • Monitor open orders, shipping deadlines, and delivery schedules, following up on outstanding matters through completion. • Maintain accurate order, inventory, and shipment records, prepare shipping documents, and review freight invoices. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and transportation-related chargebacks. • Communicate with internal departments, customers, and shipping partners to ensure smooth logistics operations. QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in wholesale logistics, order processing, and retailer routing required; 3–5 years preferred. • Experience using ERP and WMS systems required. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accurate data-entry skills. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and resolve problems independently. • Footwear, apparel, or consumer goods experience preferred. COMPENSATION Annual Base Salary Range: $40,000–$60,000 The final offer will depend on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits.
