Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview Social Buzzn is seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations, scheduling, customer coordination, documentation, and workflow management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and improving operational efficiency in a technology-focused environment. What You’ll Do Coordinate schedules, workflows, projects, and daily operations. Support customer onboarding, accounts, and service needs. Track tasks, timelines, KPIs, and project performance. Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation. Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues. Use CRM and project management tools to manage workflows. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and efficiency. Assist with reporting, testing, new tools, and process improvements. What We’re Looking For Experience in logistics, operations, project coordination, or customer service. Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM, workflow, or project management platforms. Ability to track metrics and support data-driven decisions.
