The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates well with colleagues, and can manage practical tasks while following established procedures. Responsibilities Assist with organizing and coordinating the movement of materials and supplies. Help prepare materials for scheduled events, promotional activities, and internal needs. Track inventory and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items. Maintain accurate records of supplies received, stored, and distributed. Coordinate with team members to confirm material requirements and delivery schedules. Organize storage areas to keep items accessible and properly labeled. Assist with receiving, sorting, packing, and preparing materials for transport. Monitor assigned tasks and communicate progress or delays to the appropriate team member. Help ensure materials are ready for scheduled activities. Follow company procedures and applicable safety guidelines when handling supplies and equipment. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling records and materials. Clear communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions. Dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn. Basic computer skills for maintaining routine records.
