Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Experience: Proven experience in overseeing day-to-day property maintenance. Experience in managing shipping, receiving, and placement of products. Experience working collaboratively with logistics teams and project managers to direct team activities. Familiarity with property clean-up and maintenance operations. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage logistics operations efficiently. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead initiatives. Problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges and optimize processes. Proficiency in logistics software and tools for tracking and managing shipments. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving documentation. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
