Delivery & Logistics Professional — Auto Parts & Paint | $17.00–$20.00/hr + On-Time Bonus + Overtime | Company Van | Mon–Fri Days | Astoria/LIC National Auto Parts is a 30-year, independently owned NAPA auto parts and automotive paint distributor in Long Island City. We run our own vans and deliver to body shops, repair shops and fleets across NYC. When a delivery is late or wrong, a shop’s technicians stand idle, so we don’t hire fast. We hire the best and we pay for performance. Pay and benefits $17.00–$20.00/hr, based on experience. Monthly on-time delivery bonus for drivers who meet our delivery standards. Paid DOT hazmat training and certification. Advancement and development for top performers. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:30 pm, with rotating Saturday mornings. No nights. The job Drive a company van (no CDL required) on assigned routes across Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Bronx. Load and stage your own van; verify every order against the invoice before leaving the dock. Deliver parts and paint accurately; capture signature and photo proof at every stop. Collect cores, returns and paperwork; keep your van clean, inspected and fueled. Handle refinish paint (Class 3 flammable) per DOT rules; we train and certify you within 90 days. You are our face at the customer’s counter. Body-shop managers should know you by name. Requirements Valid, non-probationary NY/NJ/CT/PA driver’s license held 3+ years; age 21+ (insurance requirement). Six months or more at a single employer in a delivery, route, courier, parts-runner or similar role. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly, including stairs. Comfortable with a dashcam-equipped van and route/proof-of-delivery apps. On time, every day. We track it and we pay for it.
