Logistics Agent

Our client, a Japanese Freight Forwarding company is looking for a Logistics Agent to join their team Title: Logistics Agent Industry: Logistics Type: Full Time Direct Hire Non Exempt Location: Dallas TX Salary: $3000-3500/month QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift and move heavy packages Warehouse or forklift experience is a plus Eligible to obtain TSA/STA clearance (company support provided) JOB DUTIES: Preparing and submitting necessary documentation for customs clearance, including import/export declarations, invoices, and other required forms Handle daily administrative operations, including data entry into internal systems and maintaining accurate records. Coordinate with overseas offices, agents, and customers through email and telephone correspondence. File documents in a timely matter Track shipments and provide updates for customers Coordinate delivery scheduling and ensure carrier compliance Support warehouse operations, including packing air cargo shipments Provide occasional weekend support as needed **Please submit your application with a 1-2 page resume.
