Happy Global Inc.Logistics Specialist (Heavy Machinery – Import Last-Mile) | Houston, TX | $60,000–$70,000/year What you'll own End-to-end inland logistics after customs clearance: port→warehouse, port→customer site, warehouse→customer, warehouse→warehouse Dispatch and manage flatbed/heavy-haul carriers: quoting, scheduling, permits, escorts, loading supervision, POD Coordinate daily with customs brokers on entry status and release timing Build and manage the carrier network (LTL, FTL, specialized equipment) and warehouse partners Track freight spend, on-time performance, and damage claims; What we're looking for 3–5 years of US inland transportation / import logistics hands-on experience Direct experience dispatching flatbed, step-deck, or over-dimensional loads Working knowledge of customs clearance coordination (broker side experience a plus) Green card or US citizenship required (no sponsorship available) Base salary $60,000–$70,000, full benefits.
