We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our daily logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong communication and time management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipment-related issues and ensure the smooth operation of our growing business. Job Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage in the ERP system. Coordinate warehousing and storeroom activities with outside agencies and organizations. Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies. Work with carrier and third-party services. Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints. Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments. Reviewing and verifying product details like price, weight and other labelling essentials. Assist logistics coordinator, warehouse specialists, and other team members when needed to meet tight deadlines. Qualifications/Skills: Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong command of English language and good communication skills. Excellent Knowledge of MS office (Such as Microsoft Excel) Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
