Local Intermodal Truck Driver

Company: *Confidential* Location: Harrisburg, PA Position Type: Local Intermodal Driver - Full Time Annual Earnings: $89,000-99,000 ***$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS*** POSITION DETAILS: Drivers will pull Intermodal freight into and out of the 2 rail yards in Harrisburg, PA. No NYC. Priority loading and unloading at Norfolk Southern railyards. Drivers average 2 to 5 loads per day. Hazmat is not required at hiring. Drivers must obtain the Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire. You will be reimbursed Threat Assessment and fingerprinting expenses associated with obtaining the Hazmat endorsement. Final reimbursement is made once the endorsement appears on the driver's physical CDL. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Drivers leave the tractor at the yard during time off. Terminal location: Harrisburg, PA 17111. Drivers will slip seat. Both manual and automatic trucks are available. Mileage Pay $0.52 - $0.57 CPM Applicants are asked to be capable of driving either transmission type unless they have an automatic restriction. Requirements: CDL-A Min. experience required: 3 months Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Start Times Between 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM Home Daily PM Shift Operation Must Be Flexible On Start Times Driver must be willing to accept any available start time between 4 PM and 11 PM. Preferred schedules become available through seniority and tenure.
