Local Class A CDL Driver – Home Daily | $28/Hour + OT $28.00/hour + Overtime | Home After Every Shift | Local Daycab | Primarily No-Touch / Drop-and-Hook Freight LVI Logistics LLC is hiring professional Class A CDL Drivers for our Solo1 local daycab schedule supporting dedicated freight operations through the Amazon Freight Partner Program. This position is designed for drivers who want strong hourly pay without living on the road . You’ll operate a Class 8 daycab, haul primarily no-touch/drop-and-hook freight, and return to the Romeoville-area domicile after every shift . You are employed by LVI Logistics LLC, not Amazon. You will normally share an assigned tractor with another driver. For example: You: Sunday Partner Driver: Monday You: Tuesday Partner Driver: Wednesday You: Thursday …and the rotation continues. Because the schedule alternates across a seven-day week, you will typically work: 4 blocks one week 3 blocks the following week Approximately 13 hours per block Home after every shift Start times vary based on the assigned freight. Some blocks may begin in the afternoon and finish during the early morning hours. Assignments may include weekends and holidays. Compensation This is an hourly, non-exempt position . $28.00/hour for all compensable hours worked $42.00/hour overtime after 40 hours in the workweek when the applicable overtime rate is 1.5× the base rate Weekly direct deposit Required orientation and training time is paid Example: 4-Block Week Approximately 52 hours 40 hours × $28.00 = $1,120 12 overtime hours × $42.00 = $504 Estimated Gross Pay: $1,624 Example: 3-Block Week Approximately 39 hours 39 hours × $28.00 = $1,092 Estimated Gross Pay: $1,092 Based on alternating full 13-hour blocks, the schedule averages approximately $1,358 gross per week across the two-week rotation.
