Overview Join our dynamic team as a Local CDL-A Reefer Driver in Arcadia, FL, where you'll be the backbone of reliable, efficient refrigerated freight transportation. This role offers the opportunity to operate modern tractor-trailers with refrigerated trailers, ensuring fresh and temperature-sensitive goods reach their destinations safely and on time. PAY BREAKDOWN - Mileage: $0.43-$0.51 per mile, based on experience - Short loads (under 90 miles): $30 per load - Stop pay: $10 per stop - Swift Driver Performance Bonus (criteria apply) Dedicated grocery, reefer, home daily. Night shift, about 2 runs per day. Slip seat. Schedule is Thursday-Monday or Friday-Tuesday. Weekend work required. Holiday night work based on the shipping schedule. About 2,200 miles a week.
