Keep it Cooler LLCLocal CDL-A Driver – Evening/Night Shift – Home Daily – Starting at $1,000/Week Keep It Cooler LLC is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for our local refrigerated transportation operation in the Rio Grande Valley. Starting Pay: $1,000 per week W-2 Employee Position — This is NOT a 1099 contractor position This is a local evening/night driving position with drivers home daily . Our drivers primarily handle refrigerated produce shipments, pickups, transfers, and consolidation work throughout the local area. Schedule: Monday–Friday: Shift begins at 2:00 PM Saturday: Shift begins at 12:00 PM End times vary based on workload and operational needs Saturday shifts continue until work is completed/as needed Rotating weekends off may be available when seasonal volume allows This is an evening/night position and applicants must be comfortable working later hours We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious professional drivers who take care of their equipment and are comfortable working in a fast-paced produce transportation environment. Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Must be able to pass a drug screening Dependable and punctual Able to safely operate tractor-trailers and refrigerated equipment Produce or refrigerated freight experience is preferred, but not required Position Details: Starting pay: $1,000 per week W-2 employee Not a 1099 position Local routes Home daily Evening/night shift Refrigerated freight / produce Primarily pickups, transfers, and consolidation work Full-time position Monday–Saturday operation Rotating weekends off when seasonal volume permits Consistent local work Well-maintained equipment About Keep It Cooler LLC Keep It Cooler LLC is a refrigerated transportation and produce consolidation company serving the Rio Grande Valley.
