Loader/Unloader

Job Overview BV/Weston Standard Warehouse, LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Loader/Unloader to assist with the movement of products and freight throughout our warehouse. This position involves loading and unloading shipments, organizing freight, preparing items for movement, and keeping warehouse areas orderly. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment. No previous warehouse experience is required. Training will be provided on company procedures, equipment, and safe material-handling practices. Key Responsibilities Load and unload boxes, pallets, and other freight from trucks and delivery vehicles Move products between receiving, storage, staging, and shipping areas Sort freight according to shipment information, destination, or storage location Check packages for visible damage and report any issues to the appropriate team member Verify basic shipment labels, quantities, and freight details Prepare outgoing shipments and position completed orders in designated areas Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing incoming merchandise Keep loading docks, aisles, and work areas clean and free of unnecessary clutter Help maintain an organized warehouse by placing materials in the proper locations Follow instructions for safe lifting, carrying, stacking, and handling of freight Communicate with warehouse and shipping staff regarding shipment or handling issues Follow company safety procedures and established warehouse practices Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications No previous experience required; training is provided High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and a responsible work ethic Good attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic communication skills Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages throughout the workday Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and safety practices If you are reliable, ready to learn, and enjoy active hands-on work, we encourage you to apply for the Loader/Unloader position at BV/Weston Standard Warehouse, LLC.
