Responsibilities Safely load and unload goods using various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cranes, and order pickers Operate material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements during shipping and receiving processes Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting to move products within the warehouse efficiently Assist in order picking by selecting items according to order specifications with precision Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring products are stored correctly for easy retrieval Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold warehouse safety standards Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and preparing items for dispatch Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials handling roles Familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management systems and RF scanners Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers; certification preferred Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely and efficiently Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or with warehouse experience is a plus but not required Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and operational excellence Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
