Live Stream Host & Content Management Assistant Pacific Petals | Part-Time, In-Person | Growth Opportunity Pacific Petals is hiring! We are a startup who is looking for a creative, outgoing, and reliable Part-Time Live Stream Host & Content Management Assistant to join our growing team. This is an in-person position supporting Pacific Petals’ live-shopping, social media, and e-commerce operations. The owner needs somebody who always focused on increasing sales and has experience in live streaming-particularly sales because the company is a startup, we are looking for somebody who has experience and can drive revenue, so the company can continue to grow and with time – the position will also grow into something more. We also need somebody who is willing to wear a few different hats and work on social media strategies, website development, and inventory management at times.The position will initially be part-time, with room for increased hours, responsibilities, and advancement as the company grows. The Position This position combines live selling, social media, content creation, and day-to-day content management. You will help bring Pacific Petals to life both on camera and behind the scenes. Live Streaming Responsibilities Host TikTok Live and Whatnot shopping events Present and demonstrate products Interact with customers and answer questions Create an upbeat, entertaining, and welcoming live-shopping experience Explain products, promotions, pricing, and special offers Help prepare products and displays before live events Content Management Responsibilities Help plan and organize social media content Assist with TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms Create and organize short-form video content Take product photos and videos Help prepare captions, posts, and promotional materials Organize digital content, product information, and promotional assets Assist with scheduling and maintaining a consistent content calendar Help identify content ideas and trends that fit the Pacific Petals brand Assist with basic e-commerce and product-listing tasks We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Comfortable and confident speaking on camera Friendly, energetic, and personable Creative and enjoys social media Organized and dependable Comfortable learning new technology and platforms Interested in TikTok, Instagram, Whatnot, and online shopping Able to work independently while also taking direction Comfortable interacting with customers Willing to learn and grow with a small business and become apart of something big Is sales oriented Previous experience in live streaming, social media, content creation, retail, sales, marketing, or e-commerce is a must. Personality, reliability, creativity, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us. Schedule & Growth Part-time, in-person position. Initial hours will be based on business needs and scheduled live-shopping events. This position has room for growth. As Pacific Petals expands, there may be opportunities for additional hours, increased responsibilities, and advancement into expanded roles within live commerce, social media, content management, marketing, and e-commerce operations.
