Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Process sales using POS systems while ensuring efficient checkout experiences. Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively upsell items. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store environment. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support. Requirements Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers and POS systems. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries. Ability to perform basic retail math for transactions and inventory management.
