Evening / Part-Time Transportation Dispatcher Company: Cullitons Limousine Service Location: Toronto, ON Job Type: Full-time or Part-time— Evening shifts Pay: Starting at $20/HR About Us Cullitons Limousine Service has provided professional transportation services since 1918. We serve corporate clients, executive travellers, and airline crew members throughout Toronto and the GTA. We are looking for a reliable, organized dispatcher to support our evening operations. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys coordinating a busy schedule, and stays calm when plans change. What You’ll Do Dispatch drivers and coordinate scheduled and last-minute trips. Monitor flights, driver locations, and pickup times to keep service running on schedule. Answer calls and emails from clients, drivers, and transportation partners. Enter, update, and confirm reservations accurately. Communicate trip details, schedule changes, and special instructions to drivers. Respond promptly to delays, cancellations, and service concerns. Maintain accurate dispatch records and provide clear handover notes for the next shift. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once. Good knowledge of Toronto, the GTA, and Pearson Airport. Confidence using computers, email, and scheduling software. Sound judgment and the ability to work independently. Reliable availability for the agreed evening shifts. Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, or reservations experience is an asset. Experience with LimoConnect or similar dispatch software is an asset.
