Light-Duty Roadside Assistance Driver - Henderson, NV Job Type: Contract Location: Henderson, NV and surrounding areas Work Location: On the road Position Overview Seeking a dependable roadside assistance driver to handle basic roadside service calls throughout Henderson and nearby communities. This position involves traveling to customer locations and assisting motorists with common vehicle problems. Training resources are available. Equipment and tool options are available for qualifying service needs. Previous roadside experience is helpful, but applicants with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Assist motorists with vehicle lockouts, dead batteries, flat tires, and emergency fuel needs. Travel to customer locations to complete assigned service calls. Follow appropriate safety procedures while working roadside. Communicate professionally with customers. Use a smartphone to receive service information and provide updates. Record completed service calls accurately. Qualifications Valid driver's license. Reliable vehicle suitable for traveling between service calls. Current auto insurance. Smartphone with navigation capability. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently. Ability to communicate professionally with customers. A heavy-duty tow truck is not required for basic light-duty roadside services. Service Area Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Paradise, Enterprise, Spring Valley, Whitney, and surrounding communities.
