This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, enjoys practical work, and wants to learn new skills. Responsibilities Assist with light construction tasks and jobsite preparation and cleanup. Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and supplies. Drive company work trucks between suppliers and jobsites. Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment. Support daily operations and follow directions and safety procedures. Qualifications Valid driver’s license required, as this position involves driving company work trucks. Roofing or construction experience is a plus. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team. Ability to perform physical tasks, handle materials, and work outdoors. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You do not need to be a skilled craftsman to apply—we’re looking for someone ready to work and develop their skills with guidance.
