Licensed Real Estate Buyer Agent / Personal Assistant

HIRING: Licensed Utah Buyer Agent / Personal Assistant Salt Lake City, Utah | Full-time commitment, in person $60k–$97k+ earning potential I’m looking for a proactive, organized licensed agent to work directly with me at The Perry Group, take the lead on buyer care and showings, and help keep my calendar, tasks, and business moving. This is a 1099, commission-based role. The earnings shown are projected, not guaranteed; this is not a guaranteed salary or minimum income. Actual earnings depend on closed transactions, commissions received, applicable deductions, and agreed fees. The upper projection includes three additional personal sphere-of-influence (SOI) transactions. Figures are before personal taxes and expenses. You’ll own buyer onboarding and follow-up, showing preparation and coverage, client updates, CRM notes and next actions, calendar and task coordination, and sending and tracking paperwork I prepare and approve. You’ll also coordinate with our transaction coordinator and title company, help with newsletters and client events, and improve the systems we use every day. I’ll handle buyer consultations, negotiations, transaction-document preparation, and business approvals. The schedule includes three office days each week: Tuesday 10 a.m.–3 p.m. plus two coordinated four-hour office blocks. Client care and follow-through extend beyond those blocks, with flexible evening and Saturday showing availability as needed. Sundays are fully off, with coverage arranged. There is no fixed weekly hour requirement in the working agreement; the focus is completing the work and meeting commitments. An active Utah real estate license and required brokerage affiliation are necessary. You should communicate promptly, keep deadlines and next steps organized, and follow through without repeated reminders. During agreed availability, new inquiries need an initial response within 20 minutes; other messages generally within an hour, with safe-response and backup arrangements. The arrangement is planned for one year. As a 1099 contractor, you’re responsible for your personal taxes and health insurance.
