We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of getting the job done safely and on time. As a Cannabis Distribution Driver, you’ll be responsible for transporting products between licensed cannabis facilities throughout Southern California. We’re a growing company, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus, but it’s not required. We’re more interested in finding someone who’s dependable, has driving experience, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn. What You’ll Be Doing Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Picking up and delivering products between licensed cannabis facilities. Making sure deliveries arrive safely and on time. Following assigned routes and delivery schedules. Keeping track of deliveries and completing basic paperwork. Checking products to make sure shipments are accurate. Loading, unloading, and securing products for transportation. Keeping your vehicle clean and reporting any maintenance concerns. Communicating with management about deliveries, delays, or changes. Following company safety procedures and California cannabis transportation regulations. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently. To qualify, you’ll need: A valid California driver’s license. Previous professional driving experience. A good driving record. To be at least 21 years old. Three professional references. The ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable law. Reliable communication and time-management skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Skills That Will Help You Succeed You don’t need to know everything on day one, but these skills will help you do well in this position: Safe Driving: You’re comfortable driving in traffic, on freeways, and over longer distances. Time Management: You know how to stay on schedule and manage your time. Navigation: You’re comfortable using GPS and finding the best routes. Attention to Detail: You double-check deliveries and make sure everything is accounted for. Communication: You keep your team updated and aren’t afraid to ask questions. Problem-Solving: You can think on your feet when plans change. Organization: You can keep track of paperwork, deliveries, and daily responsibilities. Dependability: You show up on time, follow through, and take your responsibilities seriously. Professionalism: You understand that you’re representing the company whenever you’re on the job. A Few Things That Would Be a Plus While not required, we’d love to hear from candidates who have: Previous experience in the cannabis industry. Experience with delivery services, logistics, or distribution. Knowledge of cannabis transportation procedures. Experience transporting valuable or regulated products. A background in security or transportation operations. Previous military service. Veterans Are Encouraged to Apply!
