Job Title: Lending Operations Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC - Roanoke, VA - Irving, TX

Duration: 12 months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convert to FTE

Pay Rate: $60/HR (W2 Only)

Job/Role Description:

  • This position supports lending capabilities within wholesale operations by serving as a Delivery Manager for Loan IQ enhancements and managing activities across the project life-cycle.
  • Drive and facilitate project meetings with Loan IQ SMEs and cross-functional teams to review enhancements and assess operational impact.
  • Evaluate how enhancements may affect Operations and drive the necessary follow-through, including communications, training coordination, demos, and procedure updates.
  • Manage and track enhancements using Jira, ensuring status updates are current and items are progressing through the workflow.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and Operations, ensuring impacts are clearly understood and properly addressed.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of communications, training, and procedural updates when enhancements affect operational teams.
  • Track project timelines, manage issues and risks, and ensure deliverables are completed within established timeframes.
  • Work within a hybrid Agile environment, utilizing Jira for tracking while supporting structured delivery and documentation needs.
  • Leverage tools including Jira, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage projects, track progress, and produce reporting.
  • Apply strong organizational and communication skills to balance multiple enhancements and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Loan IQ experience required
  • 5+ years of project or product delivery experience
  • Experience working in an Agile or hybrid Agile environment
  • Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and status updates
  • Strong ability to facilitate meetings and drive cross-functional coordination
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to assess operational impact of enhancements and coordinate resulting communications, training, and procedure updates
  • Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying issues and driving resolution
  • Ability to work effectively across organizational levels with flexibility and collaboration
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Operations experience a plus
