DynaFire is seeking a highly organized and tech-forward Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to coordinate legal matters, litigation support, contract administration, and operational risk across the organization. This role will serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and outside counsel, ensuring legal cases, claims, disputes, and contract matters remain organized, on schedule, and properly supported with documentation and internal coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in legal operations, construction contracts, litigation coordination, or risk management, along with strong communication, investigative, and project management skills. Experience within construction, engineering, or commercial service industries is strongly preferred. This individual will also oversee team members supporting the Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler divisions and help optimize internal legal and contract workflows.
