Who We Are The NCBFAA Educational Institute (NEI) provides educational opportunities to the members of NCBFAA and the larger trade community in the areas of international trade, supply chain management, global logistics, customs brokerage, import and export transactions, transportation, attendant government regulation, and those areas of knowledge necessary to manage or advance a career path in a business providing services to those sectors. The NEI is also a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Partner Accreditor responsible for accrediting eligible continuing education content for licensed customs brokers. What You’ll Do The LMS Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation of NEI’s education and professional development operations. Key responsibilities: Coordinate enrolling applicants in NEI and GISTnet course offerings, including processing bulk enrollments, course invoicing, and payment acceptance. Interact with company training representatives. Set up final exams and proctor with individuals, including certifying successful completion in learning management system. Assist with accreditation, as needed. Other NCBFAA General Office Responsibilities: Handle inquiries via daily calls and emails, related to the above-mentioned responsibilities. Assist with processing orders for NEI-related revenue, particularly courses and webinars. What Else You Should Know This position is full-time, non-exempt status, and is based in Silver Spring, MD, with the potential for growth and some work-from-home [to be agreed upon with your supervisor]. The person in this position reports to the Director, Accreditation & Learning Development and works in close collaboration with NEI and NCBFAA colleagues and leadership.
