Lead Warehouse Picker / Packer / Shipper – Fulfillment Operations
Fulfillplus, Inc.Fulfill Plus is seeking an experienced, reliable, and hands-on Lead Warehouse Picker / Packer / Shipper to join our fulfillment operations team. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time . This is a working leadership position, not a desk or supervisory-only role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable performing daily warehouse duties while leading, training, and supporting other team members. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure orders are processed according to customer requirements and shipping deadlines. Prepare shipping labels and process shipments through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Verify SKUs, quantities, packaging, and shipping information before orders are shipped. Handle receiving, inventory organization, replenishment, and general warehouse activities as needed. Follow established quality-control procedures to minimize picking and shipping errors. Team Leadership Lead and coordinate daily activities of warehouse pickers, packers, and shippers. Assign tasks and prioritize orders based on deadlines and operational requirements. Work alongside team members to ensure daily productivity goals are achieved. Train new employees on warehouse procedures, order accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Monitor team performance and address operational issues promptly. Maintain a productive, organized, and accountable work environment. Fast-Paced Fulfillment Environment Manage multiple customer orders and changing priorities throughout the day. Work efficiently under pressure, especially during high-volume periods and peak seasons. Identify bottlenecks and take initiative to keep orders moving. Communicate operational challenges and order delays to management. Ensure the team meets daily shipping deadlines without compromising accuracy. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience , preferably in a fulfillment center, 3PL, or e-commerce warehouse. Previous experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, Senior Picker/Packer, or Shipping Lead preferred. Strong knowledge of picking, packing, shipping, and inventory procedures. Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld barcode scanners. Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and shipping label systems. Ability to lead and motivate a team while remaining actively involved in daily operations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Dependable, punctual, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
