Job Description JOB DETAILS Pay Range: $25.50 - $28.00 per hour Schedule Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, hours may vary depending on operations DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage inventory levels, stock organization, and order fulfillment. Assist with cycle counts / inventory accuracy Ensure adherence to safety protocols and warehouse regulations. Track incoming and outgoing shipments and verify documentation accuracy. Train and mentor new hires, fostering a positive team environment. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize warehouse workflow. Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-driven strategies. Inspire and lead employees to enhance productivity and achieve set production targets. Collaborate with production supervisor to manage daily operations; track team performance, report on key metrics, and resolve problems swiftly. Coordinate with the maintenance department to confirm that all equipment is operational and meets performance standards. Maintain organized warehouse layout for efficiency and safety Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) A minimum of five years of related work experience in manufacturing or comparable work environment Good Communication Skills Basic Computer Skills Forklift experience a plus / Must be trainable on forklift Crane experience a plus / Must be trainable on crane Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment Some knowledge of a manufacturing environment. Additional Information Site Address: 550 Industry Way., Atwater, CA 95301 This is a position with the potential overtime.
