Website www.geniemode.com Industry: Retail E-Commerce / Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Fashion & Lifestyle Role SummaryThe Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead will design, execute, and scale the recruitment strategy across our corporate digital headquarters, e-commerce fulfillment hubs, and retail store networks. As a strategic partner, you will optimize hiring analytics, reduce time-to-fill, and build high-quality talent pipelines to fuel our rapid scale as a leading consumer brand.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership & Growth Management Workforce Architecture: Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs across diverse digital, creative, growth marketing, and retail operations teams. Commercial & Growth Alignment: Act as a talent advisor to build succession plans for high-impact growth-hacking, digital product, and customer experience teams. Process Optimization & Recruitment Tech Selection Architecture: Design and implement structured selection frameworks to assess both digital skills and brand-culture alignment, introducing cutting-edge screening tools. Data-Driven TA: Monitor performance metrics including cost-per-hire, candidate conversion funnels, and quality-of-hire to scale our digital-first recruiting pipeline. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience. Industry Domain: Proven track record recruiting within Retail, E-commerce, or D2C business structures , with deep expertise in sourcing for digital marketing, creative, e-comm tech, or agile customer operations. Compliance Knowledge: Comprehensive grasp of USA employment law, multi-state remote hiring compliances, and fair hiring guidelines. Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
