Lead Semiconductor Technician

As a Lead Semiconductor Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for the ownership and overall performance of the assigned manufacturing equipment including selection, initiating manufacturing equipment appropriations, equipment availability, improving uptime, tool cycle time, equipment scrap reduction, parts inventory replenishment, minimizing repair issues, and establishing preventive maintenance requirements. You will report directly to our Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Richardson, TX location on an On-site work schedule. YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years' experience in equipment repair Optimize semiconductor equipment performance Developing & maintaining equipment configurations for form, fit, & function Monitor & control equipment inputs & outputs Minimum 4 years' experience with metal and plasma tooling Excellent verbal & written communications skills WE VALUE Advanced Knowledge of Micro Soft Applications (Excel, Word, & Power Point) Prefer AutoCAD or similar application Use of advanced equipment diagnostic to diagnose system issue Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
