ConfidentialHydrate IV Bar® — Overland Park, KS Full-time, exempt | $67,000 annual base salary + tips and commission Hydrate IV Bar is seeking a Lead Nurse & Inventory Manager who combines excellent nursing care, supportive leadership, and warm hospitality. In our relaxing, spa-like environment, you’ll provide IV therapy services, guide our nursing team, and manage inventory to keep daily operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Owner, you’ll partner with the General Manager to create an experience where clients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and coach nursing staff while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and professional standards. Provide IV therapy, injections, and other authorized treatments within RN scope of practice and provider orders, including preparing IV bags and obtaining vital signs. Review medical conditions, allergies, and medications for potential contraindications; consult the supervising physician as needed. Maintain accurate documentation in MyTime and designated medical record systems while protecting confidentiality and complying with HIPAA. Manage inventory systems, projects, and assigned staff; order and track medical, pharmaceutical, retail, and operational supplies. Oversee weekly and monthly inventory counts, analyze purchasing costs, and report supply levels, assets, and waste to ownership. Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, suppliers, and home office teams; educate staff on new products and procedures. Explain services, packages, and memberships through personalized education without high-pressure sales. Maintain a calm, clean, organized spa; foster respectful teamwork and participate in weekly management meetings. Support additional locations, transport supplies, and assist with other operational duties as needed. Required Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program Current, unrestricted multistate RN license and successful completion of the NCLEX Current BLS certification At least 21 years old; successful completion of required background checks Valid Kansas driver’s license and reliable transportation Sound clinical judgment and ability to remain composed in emergencies Strong communication, client service, organization, inventory-management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining accuracy Comfort with electronic medical records, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets Commitment to continuing education and applicable legal, licensing, and company requirements Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in IV therapy and vitamin injection protocols One or more years of clinical, retail, inventory, or medical spa experience Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience Scheduling Requirements At least two weekend days per month One holiday from each group annually: Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Labor Day; and Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day Occasional off-site events or mobile services, with spa coverage arranged before accepting event assignments Additional Details The role involves extended standing/walking, desk and computer work, repetitive motions, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds (up to 80 pounds with assistance).
