Lead Driver/ Helper

hardworking Lead Driver / Mover Helper to join our growing moving team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can safely operate a moving truck, lead a crew, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities ● Safely drive company moving trucks to and from job sites ● Lead a moving crew and help coordinate daily jobs ● Load, unload, wrap, protect, and transport customers’ furniture and belongings ● Properly use moving equipment, dollies, straps, pads, ramps, and other tools ● Communicate professionally with customers and crew members ● Follow company procedures for inventory, loading, unloading, and property protection ● Inspect the truck and equipment before and after each job ● Complete required paperwork and job documentation ● Help train newer movers on the Hercules way ● Maintain a clean and professional appearance ● Protect customers’ homes, furniture, floors, walls, and belongings ● Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Qualifications ● Valid driver’s license and a clean/reasonably good driving record ● Previous moving, delivery, labor, or truck-driving experience preferred ● Must be dependable and punctual ● Must be able to lift heavy furniture and boxes repeatedly ● Must be comfortable working on your feet and performing physical labor throughout the day ● Strong communication and customer-service skills ● Leadership ability and willingness to take responsibility ● Must be able to work Monday–Saturday as needed ● Must be drug-free while working and comply with all company safety policies What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a paycheck.
