Duties Operate laundry machines including industrial washers and dryers with precision and adherence to safety protocols Sort, load, and unload laundry items using push carts or manual handling techniques while following sanitation standards Use appropriate laundry detergents and cleaning agents to ensure effective washing and stain removal Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by regularly sanitizing workspaces and equipment in compliance with safety standards in production Handle heavy lifting tasks safely when transporting linens or bulky items across the facility Monitor laundry processes to ensure linens are properly cleaned, dried, and cared for according to textile specifications Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies, including detergents and cleaning materials Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests for laundry services from staff or guests when applicable Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of textile cleaning methods including washing, drying, and linen care machine operation Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy loads regularly Familiarity with safety standards related to industrial dryers, laundry chemicals, and sanitation procedures Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and quality control in textile cleaning processes Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service responsibilities Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and textile care that enhances our guests’ experience!
