Job Description We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Late Night Delivery Driver to join our team at our Ellisville, United States location (345 Clarkson Rd). In this role, you'll be responsible for executing timely and accurate deliveries during night shift hours while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety. You'll be the face of our organization during late-night operations, ensuring every delivery is completed efficiently and every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently throughout assigned routes during night shift hours Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to meet time-sensitive deadlines and customer expectations Load, unload, and secure packages and freight in accordance with safety protocols Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly Navigate using GPS and delivery management systems to ensure accurate package placement Provide professional customer service during deliveries, including handling inquiries and resolving issues Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating vehicles Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization throughout shift Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proven experience operating delivery or commercial vehicles Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety procedures Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision Physical capability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Defensive driving knowledge and commitment to safety compliance Ability to meet strict delivery schedules and performance metrics Preferred: Previous night shift delivery experience Preferred: Familiarity with local Ellisville area roads and traffic patterns Preferred: Commercial driver's license (CDL) or forklift certification Additional Information BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
