Key Holder/Sales Associate

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Key Holder/Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while supporting the leadership team. As a Key Holder/Sales Associate, you will take on responsibilities that empower you to lead by example, assist customers with their needs, and contribute to the overall success of the store. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing products and maintaining attractive displays Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities Manage inventory levels through filing, stock replenishment, and organizing stockroom areas Support opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation and security checks Demonstrate leadership by guiding team members during shifts, ensuring store policies are followed, and assisting with training new staff Handle heavy lifting safely when moving stock or merchandise as needed Maintain organized records of sales, receipts, and customer interactions using computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Excel Communicate effectively with team members and customers in English; bilingual skills in French or other languages are a plus Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred; experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly desirable; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members during shifts Familiarity with POS systems, computer operation, cashiering, and basic math skills for cash handling tasks Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers and team members effectively Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
