Key Holder

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder to join our retail team! As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading by example. Duties Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive shopping experience. Supervise sales associates during shifts, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions. Handle cash register operations using POS systems, including cashiering, cash handling, and balancing registers at shift end. Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members. Manage operational tasks such as purchasing supplies, overseeing payroll processing, bookkeeping, and ensuring store compliance with company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales management or supervisory roles within the retail industry. Strong leadership skills with previous experience supervising teams and managing store operations. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for cash handling and sales calculations. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, employee orientation, training & development, and operational management. Knowledge of retail math concepts such as pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales analysis. Experience in grocery or wireless sales is advantageous; familiarity with merchandising and stock organization is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
