Job Summary We are opening a dolce vita and we are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder to join our team! Duties Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and upselling merchandise to enhance sales Lead by example in merchandising efforts, maintaining attractive displays that promote products effectively Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, POS (Point of Sale) operation, and accurate cash reconciliation Support inventory management through filing, stock replenishment, and organizing merchandise to maximize sales potential Oversee store safety protocols, including heavy lifting tasks and ensuring the security of the premises during your shift Communicate clearly with team members and management to coordinate daily tasks and address any operational issues promptly Experience Previous retail sales experience with a strong focus on customer service excellence Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for basic reporting and organizational tasks Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and computer operation skills are essential Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience supervising or guiding team members in a retail or hospitality setting Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, filing, and time management Join us as a Key Holder and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating positive shopping experiences!
