Key Holder

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder to join our retail team! As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment. Duties Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all security protocols are followed Assist customers with inquiries, product knowledge, and purchasing decisions to enhance their shopping experience Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control practices Supervise sales associates during shifts, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer service excellence Handle cash register operations including cashiering, POS system management, and cash handling with accuracy Support hiring, onboarding, training new employees, and ongoing staff development efforts Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential Oversee operational tasks such as purchasing, pricing adjustments, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and scheduling Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance standards are met at all times Lead by example in sales management activities including promoting products and achieving sales targets Requirements Proven supervisory or managerial experience within retail or similar customer-focused environments Strong knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and operational procedures Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated leadership in team management with skills in training & development and employee orientation Proficiency in basic math for cash handling, pricing adjustments, budgeting, and retail math calculations Experience with recruiting, interviewing candidates, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory control systems Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during shift management tasks Knowledge of grocery store or retail product knowledge is advantageous but not required Exceptional customer service skills coupled with phone etiquette and organizational abilities Join our team as a Key Holder if you’re ready to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
