Key Holder

As a Key Holder, you’ll take ownership of opening and closing the store, supervising team members, managing inventory, and upholding company standards. Responsibilities Open and close the store securely, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Supervise daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and customer service Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize product visibility Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members Oversee scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during shifts and manage time effectively Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Support operational tasks such as purchasing, pricing adjustments, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math calculations Qualifications Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience within the retail industry or grocery store environment Strong knowledge of retail management principles including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations Effective communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development is highly desirable Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and operational management Ability to perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as payroll processing and budget monitoring Familiarity with retail industry sales team management and customer service excellence Strong time management skills to handle shift management efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values leadership, innovation, and exceptional service.
