Junk Removal Non-CDL Dump Truck Driver - Full Time

Benefits: 401(k) Training & development Position Overview Veterans Easy Trash Service LLC is looking for a reliable and hardworking Junk Removal Non-CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our full-time team in Matthews, NC! The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, non-CDL dump truck driving experience, is safety-focused and dependable, with a strong work ethic and a team-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Driving & Equipment Operation Safely operate company trucks and dump trailers to and from job sites Load, transport, and unload junk, trash, and debris Perform basic vehicle and trailer inspections before and after shifts Follow all DOT, traffic, and company safety regulations Comply with guidelines at dump sites and transfer stations Maintain a clean driving record and report any incidents immediately Junk Removal & Crew Work Remove junk, trash, furniture, appliances, construction debris, and other materials from residential and commercial sites Lift, carry, and load heavy items (often 50–100+ lbs) Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete jobs on time Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism Interact respectfully with customers when needed Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver’s license (no CDL required) Clean driving record Driving experience with non-CDL dump trucks and trailers preferred Ability to safely tow and maneuver a dump trailer Physically able to consistently lift heavy objects (up to 75lbs) and work in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment Experience in junk removal, moving, construction, landscaping, or demolition preferred Military or veteran background (a plus, but not required) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady work with growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment On-the-job training for the right candidate About Us Veterans Easy Trash Service LLC is a veteran-owned junk removal company proudly serving the Matthews, NC area and surrounding communities.
